To measure or not to measure. That is the question. For all technologies, we are equipped with the proper tooling. For analog measurements, we have precision multimeters and digital storage oscilloscopes (100MHz). For digital and high frequency measurements, we have digital storage oscilloscopes for 1GHz, a spectrum analyzer and network analyzer.
